Peoria Oldtimers Racing Club Presents :
 
21st. Annual Oldtimers Reunion & Vintage Stock Car Meet in
 
2010 - September 19
at Peoria Speedway ( 1/4 Mile Dirt Oval ),
located at 3520 West Farmington Road - Peoria Illinois 61604

Gates Open 11 a.m. / Racing from 1 till 5 p.m.
Driver Registration for all Races at the Judges Stand from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

All Vintage Coupes and Nostalgic Late Models are Welcome to Race in Vintage Class !!!

All Pit Passes Only Ten Dollars Per Person - for the 21st. Year in a Row
 
GrandStand Admission Only One Dollar Per Person - for the 21st. Year In a Row  !!!
 
We Race for Fun and Plaques and Flags

Also, Racing Late Models, Modifieds, Limited Late Model, Street Stock & Hornet Division
in "King of the Hill" Racing, Mechanics Racing & Powder Puff Racing & More.
 
All Divisions are Run "Open Competition" with no Tire Rule,
so all out of town Drivers may Compete without worrying about being turned away.
 
Only the Regular Saturday Night Drivers are allowed to compete in the 'King of the Hill' Events.
And NO REGULAR Saturday Night DRIVERS are allowed to compete in the
Mechanics or Powder Puff Events.
This is a Fun day of Racing !!!

Absolutely No Overly Aggressive or Dirty Driving will be Tolerated !!!
Don't Bring Your Grudges to this Event  !!!
Everyone is Very Welcome to Compete !!!

Rules for "King of the Hill" Illinois State Championship Events

There will be a Champion in Each Division
Each Division Entry will pay a $25 Dollar Entry Fee /
$20 will stay in your Division -
$5 Dollars will go to the Final Over-all Feature Race.

This is Run as a Tounament with Double Elimination

For Example / If 20 Hornet cars are entered the Winner take all purse would be $400.
Each Elimination Race is four laps in distance with 4 cars racing.
Winner of each Race advances, others go to losers bracket to race against other non winners,
second loss without win, you are eliminated.

If 10 cars are entered in you class, overall division winner gets $200.
15 $300
20 $400
25 $500
30 $600
ETC.

The Champion in Each Division will go into the Over-All Feature Event,
Consisting of a Late Model / Modified / Limited Late Model / Street Stock / Hornet.
and last Years Champ as a Provisional if necessary.
The Race will be Run for 5 laps Only, starting Single File with the Hornet Car First,
the Street Stock Car Second, the Limited Late Model Car Third,
the Modified Car Fourth and the Late Model Car Fifth - Then Provisional Car Sixth if Needed.
 
The Over-All Race Winner will be Crowned the "ILLINOIS STATE CHAMPION" 

If 50 cars are entered totally in all division, Bonus Money is $250

This will be our 11th. Year for the "King of the Hill" Events and it Gets Bigger Each Year !!!
